Overview

Dur­ing its his­tory the city was renowned as one of the most pros­per­ous and advanced mar­itime republics of all time. Through­out its rich and trou­bled his­tory Dubrovnik remained to this day one of the most beau­ti­ful medieval cities on the Mediter­ranean and was included on UNESCO‘s World Cul­tural Her­itage List in 1979. We’ll take you for a walk through­out its stone paved streets, vis­it­ing the heart of the old town and wit­ness the impres­sive eco­nomic, social, and cul­tural achieve­ments dur­ing over 1,400 years of Dubrovnik his­tory. It is truly a place where every stone has a story to tell. In your 2 hour tour, you will be taken off the beaten path to get acquainted with all Dubrovnik secrets usu­ally not told to most other guests, but all major sights will be vis­ited as well (Onofrio’s foun­tain, Fran­cis­can Monastery, St. Blaise Church, Orlando’s Col­umn, Sponza Palace, Rector’s Palace, Cathe­dral). Our guides are all Dubrovnik natives for gen­er­a­tions and each of them has some unique sto­ries and leg­ends to tell that can­not be found in any of the guide-​books.
